A few companies guarantee that but I don't think its true. Its almost impossible to get a first page ranking in a short time. So, you should stay away from such companies. High ranks require a lot of SEO and time.

SEO companies is smart, they will using "long tail keyword" to be 1st in google

Well if you want to rank first for "Purple pickle store in downtown Yonkers" I can pretty much guarantee that I could hook you up with number one ranking for that term in about one week. Now number one for pickle store is a different story. Don't believe the hype and the catchy ad copy.

If you want to make a long phrase keyword such as "enjoy your earning" or mis-spelling keyword such as "bloging website", then they guarantee a first page (even i can do that). However, if you talking about hot keyword such as "credit card", "student loan", then non of them can guarantee

but it's not result for natural searching, but ads promotion. Of course adword is placed at first page.
